Conditions of use images

The press images made available by the MMKA may only be used for articles in newspapers, magazines, TV programs or websites on the occasion of the exhibition and after communicating them to the MMKA. You can do this by sending an email to linda.schregardus@arnhem.nl.
The photo credits published by the MMKA (artist,title, year, owner, photographer) must always be mentioned.

Duplication and commercial use are prohibited.

On the works of artists who have not yet been deceased longer than 70 years ago, authors rights may rest.

For Dutch artists the copyright organization Pictoright for visual creators in the Netherlands, occurs as a representative of the owners or heirs, and collects the fees for reproduction of images. It is advisable to verify whether Pictoright arrangements should be made. For information about conditions and prices see http://www.pictoright.nl/.
